Expert Strength & Conditioning while looking after your injury

Fitness while injured

Our aim is not only to rehabilitate your injury properly, but actually work on your fitness in the process. Being injured is an extremely frustrating time, particularly if you were on your way to a personal goal before you were forced to change your plans. However, the expert team at Injured Fitness can:

  • Design a tailored, individual injury rehab plan to get you back to your sport

  • Design a tailored, individual fitness / conditioning programme to that looks after your injury in the process

  • Supervise your fitness through 1:1 personal training sessions or classes designed with your injury in mind

We can treat all kinds of sports injuries, but particularly specialise in overuse injuries such as tendinopathy (aka tendinitis, tendinosis or overuse tendon injuries), medial tibial stress syndrome (aka MTSS or shin splints), stress fractures, and recurrent muscle strains.

We work as a team, combining our Sports Physio Hwb physiotherapist's diagnostic knowledge with Paul’s expert fitness and rehabilitation skills, to deliver top quality injury management and get you back to your sport as soon as possible.
