How to find us

Our physiotherapy clinic is based within the brand new Cattle Strength 2.0 Gym in Felinfach, Ceredigion SA48 8BG on the A482 Lampeter to Aberaeron main road. There's free parking on-site, and a waiting area with guest Wi-Fi.

FROM LAMPETER:

Take the A482 towards Aberaeron. Just before you get to Felinfach, look out for a lay-by on the left, with a sign for Cattle Strength where there is access to the gym. It's just before the site where they are building the new school, and the Felinfach football club.

FROM ABERAERON:

Take the A482 towards Lampeter. Go through Felinfach, and once you pass the football club on the right, and the building site of the new school on the right, look out for a lay by on the right and access to the gym is via the lay-by.

What does a consultation involve?

Step 1 - Listen

Let one of our advanced specialist physiotherapists listen to you to build up a detailed picture of your sports injury or musculoskeletal pain, your training history, your goals and possible contributing factors

Step 2 - Look

We look to assess not just your injury, but associated strength and biomechanics with a battery of both clinical and functional tests.

Step 3 - Diagnose

We make a diagnosis, and work with you to design an individually tailored treatment and rehab plan based on what you want to achieve.

With a full assessment you will also receive a written report with our agreed plan to help you digest the information in your own time.

Step 4 - Treat

We implement the plan to get you back to training and fitness / playing sport / working, and advise you on how to reduce the risk of it happening again.
